TRUST SOURCES
Sources, corrections and independence
Field notes for adults who want clearer questions, current sources and fewer unsupported conclusions.

Primary sources first
The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) publishes a page titled Wine Labeling. That page states that wine must be properly labeled before sale in the U.S. marketplace. The State Liquor Authority says license information can be found on LAMP and New York Open Data. NYC Health’s restaurant grading page links to Restaurant Inspection Results (Letter Grades). Cornell’s online exhibition includes a section titled New York State Wine History. Public directories are discovery or historical corroboration, not universal truth.
What the archive contributes
The captured Wayback CDX header contains timestamp, original, statuscode, mimetype, digest and length fields. This candidate stores that metadata and maps old paths. It does not publish archived page prose, logos, photography, menu art or other assets.
Correction route
A correction request needs the exact URL and claim. The editor checks the source class and date, updates or withdraws the claim, records the decision, tests affected internal links and keeps the prior migration decision auditable. No form transmits data in this static site.
Identity disclosure
NYC Glassbook is not Vella Wine Bar + Kitchen. It does not claim the former address, phone, staff, reviews, menu or customer history. The domain’s past is disclosed so readers and search systems are not invited to infer a relationship.
